How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We do not ship to: California, Idaho, Georgia and Australia
Prints and swabs will be sent by letter, for E2,50
Syringes will be sent in a letterbox parcel:
E5,- within the Netherlands (1 to 2 days)
E7,50 within the EU (6 to 9 days)
E10,- rest of the world (7 to 14 days)
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes, the envelope/package will only have yours and our address on it. So no logos or mentioning of spores/mushrooms
Do I have to pay custom fees?
When ordering from outside the EU you’ll have to pay custom fees. The amount differs per country.
I’m not happy with my purchase, haven’t received it, etc. How can we resolve this?
